Like everything is a fair game. If someone disagrees with your political opinion, they will start by saying "hooyada/walaasha w**......."
All it takes for someone's family to be insulted is to voice a different opinion. Since Somalis are Muslims who pray and our religion encourages modesty in speech aka no profanity or vulgar language, can you guys try and explain to me why the culture of name calling and insulting people for simply having a different opinion is this common?
The older I get, the more I am realizing that 99% of Somalis are culturally Muslim, meaning all the deeds we do everyday is simply because we grew up seeing our parents and the community do it. We don't truly practice Islam.
