Cleft palate/chin, broken nose, and a deviated septum that causes actual breathing problems are the only problems that would allow for a rhinoplasty. But yet still you can only fix those problems not get rid of your stegosaurus shaped nose hump.

. No taking that back lol. See it for yourself at 15:30. But he was talking about being authentic with your potential or current spouses and how many people look totally different from who they used to be due to surgery makeup etc.
