Why is it so hard for Somalis to build muscle?

I've legit never seen a muscular somali, and If I do they probably spent 15 years to get to what a Madow or even cadaan would have in 4 months, why is it so hard on us?

Majority of people in the west are either overweight or skinny. Such a small % of people actually tries to build muscle at the gym and someone who myself go gym you need dedication. Im yet to met a Somali who go to the gym consistently for a year + , cook their own food & count macros.

Honest question do you yourself go gym🤣 if not then please dont tlak ab its hard building muscle if you aint put in the work for a yr+.

too many ajnabi trolls, NO it's hard for us to build muscles, if u skinny eat if u fat eat healthy really that simple and then go to the gym

My gym is filled with hench Somali brothers, and we are all strong AF, so the muscle we gained is actually quality muscle mass not water weight because some of these Ajanabi dudes walking around in tank tops can’t even bench two plates.

Also, a simple “Somali muscle” or “Somali fitness” in the Tik Tok search bar will give you plenty of results of muscular brothers, so this thread is BS.

Truth is most Somali boys that aren’t lifting are usually 5 to 10kg below their healthy weight, and would look completely different if they changed their diets.

I was just wondering that. Neither me, my sister or dad’s paternal side of the family can carry weight, whether it’s fat or muscle very well. Ajnabis compare me to an elf. My boyfriend, who’s mostly Iberian(?) with a little Mayan native builds muscle like nothing. Idk, because north Europeans, especially the Germs, Celts aka potato n!glets, and Odin’s kids, the Nordic are typically endomorphic, stocky body built, easy to put on muscle, wide shoulders and outside of the Nilotic people, Europeans are the tallest race on average. Bantu are mesomorphic people in the world, which they have the easiest time building muscle. North African people are in middle and vary depending of clan and country

@SizzleSomali My mum can build muscle easier than my dad & he was the most muscular out of his brother and sister because he took some more of his mum’s Berber’s genes.
If race plays apart with your physical characteristics do you think it does the same with mental capabilities.🤔

Muscles are just for aesthetics, it doesn’t mean anything.

Horners naturally have unlimited stamina, endurance and the ability to withstand extreme heat for a reason. If we have muscles then it will tire out and we will struggle to live in our harsh climate. This is why East Africa are #1 in long distance running.

If you're a buck tooth AJ looking Somali then you're screwed, if you can easily gain weight then you're set. From what I've seen, hardly meet any Somalis that are real ectomorphs, if anything most can stand to lose a couple pounds.

Source: all my cousins barring two are mesomorph or endomorph, there is no male in my extended family under 80kg.

2g protein pr kg, eat more calories than you burn, sleep, drink water and take your 5 grs Creatine daily, lift til failure. If you see no results in half a year up the calorie intake, simple as. Unless you have a condition and can't gain then you need a visit to your Dr.

I went from 71 kg to 83kg in a year doing that. 179cm. Bmi tells me im overweight tho.
