- Lack of suitable model of governance- Somalia currently uses portion of 'Federal system' whereby PM is dismissed every time & then creating conflict btwn Pm & President. Atm political crisis is due to this & lack of solid constitution.
- Neocolonialism by International Community(IC) bore anarchy & poverty.
