What about the unhygenic nature of multiple men going in the same area?Because in the "old" days before we have this nifty thing called paternity testing. The only way you can make sure your spawn as a man was yours was through marriage. Therefore, a cheating woman threw a spanner in the works of knowing if ya child was even yours.

it's not that they are "not trustworthy" it's just that they are wahhabi/salafi and i don't identify as such so i just avoid them. How do you not think its trustworthy?
Yh but if you read th stuff they say objectively you get good insight, read the articleit's not that they are "not trustworthy" it's just that they are wahhabi/salafi and i don't identify as such so i just avoid them.
Did you read the article?Cuz men have made it seem worse
That’s a fear lots of men have that women probably can’t understand. A similar thing is if the hospital accidentally swapped babies and then you’ve been raising someone else’s child for 20 years, it sucksBecause that baby you were raising for 20 years wasnt yours all along…
Did you even read the article?I sometimes think religion is for men. Why are women pushed into a corner so badly? Doesn't Allah swt say that zina is a major sin for both genders? So where does this hadith come from? Number 110141?
The scholar is commenting using his knowledge of the Quran and sunnah.Paternity.
However, there is nothing in the Quran and Sunnah to suggest it’s worse for a woman. It is more so scholarly commentary of Ibn Qayyim and that is his personal opinion.
The punishment in the Dunya and Akhira is completely the same. The Quran, literally says the fornicating man is the for the fornicating woman.
if we look at evidence strictly in the light of the deen, there is nothing to suggest that.
Where did he qoute Quran and Sunnah with regards to it being worse for women? Show me? It was merely a scholarly commentary. You will also be hard pressed to find it which is why the scholar didn’t use any as well. Because if he could, he would. The scholar is commenting using his knowledge of the Quran and sunnah.
I’m talking about genders here, not different scenarios. We don't know the akhirah punishment is completely the same, it differs based on situation, and who the zina is commited with
A man fornicating with his neighbours wife is worse than with a strange girl, point is that depending on circumstance their is more harm in zina compared to othersWhere did he qoute Quran and Sunnah with regards to it being worse for women? Show me? It was merely a scholarly commentary.
No because the sin in question has different effects based o the gender therefore they will be treated differently as the sin is in different levelsYes we do. Allah does not differentiate between the male and female with regards to sins.
Not same in punishment in akhirah but same in being disgusting and having punishment in dunya, a person who commits zina with his neighbour will get the same dunya punishment as with a strange girl but there akhirah punishments are differentThe Quran makes it very clear that the Fornicating man and woman is the same.
