Why invite me to your wedding when the location is outside my province?

People are crazy these days. Why mail me your wedding invitation when you will not cover my transportation costs. I will not skip work for a couple of days just so I can bask in your wedding reception. Maybe you should have kept it inside the province.

Bro they’re just inviting you out of courtesy. What if you really didn’t mind leaving the province to go to a wedding and you didn’t receive an invitation? You’d feel offended. People will invite friends and family even if they’re outside of the country on the off chance they don’t mind visiting. The invite isn’t insisting you come, it’s just saying if you really want to you’ll be welcomed.
