The mere fact is that majority of Western halimos can't cook lahoh. I grew up eating hot lahoh cooked by my hoyo every morning in the West and I will not give up my daily lahooh. I have tried everything these last couple of years and my batch doesn't taste the same. I will import a halimo from Sub-saharan Africa or the middle east since most of them are in the kitchen by the age of 3 years and are proficient cooks. I will not forsake my lahooh for a western halimo. If I wanted pancakes and waffles I would have wed karen from next door.
