I hear you saxib , most somalis are cuqdad ridden and very deceitful but Not all southern somalis hate ogaden sxb cut the crap .

You can’t dam the Juba river until you come close to the border of Somalia. It’s surrounded by mountainous regions. A dam could be built near the Somali border however it can only be for electricity , not for agricultural purposes and hence won’t really affect the flow rate or have a significant impact in Somalia.

Dams will be built in Godey and in Liban region for electricity purposes.
But ist more of sinister purposes xabashis know their enemy and they will finish them at any opportunity for somalis xabashis are our brethrens but we hate each other and rejoice when Ethiopia attacks one clan.
