Why haven’t other gulf countries helped out Yemen?

I don’t really care about arab affairs but I’ve always wondered why rich nations like KSA and UAE never helped yemen get out of 3rd world status not saying they have to but you’d assume that they’d feel bad about Yemen’s dire state and help Yemen develop with all the wealth that they have

It’s not as simple as social media would like to make it seem, to the Khaliji Arabs, Yemen has been going through a Civil War because of rebellious Shia ogroups and they don’t want to side with them so when Saudi is blockading and going to war with Yemen it’s to stop the dissidents but there’s also innocent casualties

The US does pursue it's interests, I don't know what point you're making. Saudi are allowed since they're allied with the US.

I'm making the point that these Gulf Arabs are hypocritical. They complain about the 2003 Iraq War, or the actions of Israel, yet they act the exact same way.

The two countries you’ve mentioned;
•The Saudis have treated Yemen horribly and is the reason Yemen is in the shit it’s in. The Saudis vs The Houthis.
•UAE wants colonize parts of Yemen like the Socorta Islands.

There’s no Arab unity they fight each other on a daily basis. Egypt wants to fight Libya for example.

That's because KSA and the Gulf are American puppets. Even Donald Trump himself said he's protecting the king and they wouldn't last a day without US protection. When you look at their history, you wouldn't be surprised they act this way. The Al Saud family for example were empowered by their British masters to take control of Arabia and never claim a caliphate. They went from being British slaves to being American slaves. The other Gulf states were historically irrelevant but they're the same shit now. Their roots are evil and so are they.

The khaleeji Arabs do not care about the Muslim ummah sxb u have to understand that. As for the war, I am against Saudi Arabia (I am pro turkey/Qatar) but you have to understand the war is a proxy conflict between Iran vs Saudi not Saudi vs Yemen. The Saudis were forced to intervene as a result of the houthi rebellion backed by the shia. It would have been a serious problem for a pro-Shia Yemeni state bordering some majority Shia-areas in Saudi Arabia as the Iranian would undoubtedly use their influence in Yemen to topple the Saudi monarchy.
Furthermore, the Houthis follow a branch of zaidi Shia islam which very divergent from the Shia doctrine followed by the Iranians. It is the closest Shia branch to Sunni Islam. I imagine the Iranians planned to gradually convert the zaidis to the mainstream shiaism practiced by iranians iraqis etc
I would blame Iran as well I’m sure they knew Saudi Arabia would intervene as a result of their actions.
At the end of the day, Turkey is the only muslim power with a backbone atm

This is why I'm glad Africa is divided into a bunch of small countries because it means you don't have some enormous country like Saudi terrorizing the rest of the continent.
