Why don't the Arabs care about Palestine and Gaza?

There's no upside to helping Palestinians. And Arabs don't have miltaries equivalent to say Russia that can mobilize forces that has aircrafts, tanks, etc. There isn't a single arab state that can pose as an existential threat to Israelis security.
It's easier to get western investments and open the region to Israel as they move away from Oil. For instance much of MSB 2030 vision project has a lot to do with western investments and fighting it out with Israel might entirely derail that. So why risk it? Israelis make better partners in the region than Palestinians but the problem with Israel is that they are genocidal maniacs.

Iran at this point has nukes as well and so does Pakistan. The problem is they don't have a strong airforce, navy, and mechanized brigades that can threaten Israel in a real way. The only muslim country that hypothetically can is Turkey but there apart of NATO and won't get involved duking it out with Israel as there major trade partners.

No, Egypt could fairly easily win a war with Israel. It isn't the 70s where they had a 14% literacy rate, they have a serious, massive army now that has tons of US weapons. The reason they don't get involved is because of their economy, and that they don't want this to blow out of proportions
Israel will win this, the last war egypt had was 50 years ago, and since then Israel became one of the nations with cutting edge warfare tech hubs. Egypt army unfortunately became an enterprise selling vegies and chickens
Israel can't even deal with Hamas. The military-technological gap between the Egyptian and Israeli militaries is gradually narrowing, and Israel is the enemy in all of Egypt's war games.

Any military would find it difficult against Hamas. Americans themselves would lose. Only way to beat Hamas is to either ethnically cleanse the entire Gaza population into the Sinai or genocide them. I do think Israeli forces are largely overrated but their technological advantages in their war machine beat out every country in ME other than Turkey.
Israeli forces would find it next to impossible to invade Egyptian territory as Egyptian air defenses would knock their jets out the sky but I don't see Egyptian forces threatening Israel in an existential way. Not in the way Russia did to Ukraine which is what counts.

I am sure that random arap feels the same misery palestenians are feeling but they are just lead by puppets that sold their cause, religion and morality for the throne, but with the growing resistance from iran and its proxies in the middle east, these puppets seem theyre getting caught in between rock and hard place, thats why saudi is forced not to allow NATO use its airspace to attack Houthis

same reason why Somalia and Djibouti didn't help Galbleed when it was under blockade.
Somalia used to send guns and arm the WSLF and ONLF until 1991. This wasn't helped by blockades from the west during the Ethiopian invasion.
Same thing happened during colonial times When in the dervish war the Europeans blockaded Somali ports whilst flooding Ethiopia with weapons and fighting dervish.
