Somalis used to look down on seafood. An entire qabiil used to be shamed and called tumaal because they were fishermen. Ignorant Somalis didn't eat fish until around 150 years ago.

Theres 3 reasons for why Somali guys dont Cook

1st one is because of tradition the woman cooks and clean while the man goes to work or sit and drink shaax with his buddies

2 is the mommas boy who isnt allowed to step in the kitchen because he cant Cook But how is he gonna learn if he never tries?

3rd well most are lazy and used to being fed by their mom/sisters and want to keep it that way
