A Mean Guy
Minister of Ajanabi Affairs
Last time I visited Muqdisho, I saw several luxury estates where mostly diaspora Somalis live. Those estates even have supermarkets with American/European imported products.
That's very sad.... Gated communities.... Import stuff from outside.... They should invest in the local communityLast time I visited Muqdisho, I saw several luxury estates where mostly diaspora Somalis live. Those estates even have supermarkets with American/European imported products.
I heard buying 1 boos iyo guri in hawlwadaag goes for 750k on average. Is it true?Yes western diasporas by it but also remember lots of somali now make money in south sudan kenya uganda south africa they buy lots property.
Bro i dont know if it central area of bakara market but also airport area is expensive.I heard buying 1 boos iyo guri in hawlwadaag goes for 750k on average. Is it true?
100k is reasonable especially Hodan and Waaberi for example.Bro i dont know if it central area of bakara market but also airport area is expensive.
But other parts is like 85-100k someone just told me last week who is in xamar
This won’t happen because the people causing problems have friends in the government. If somalia wants rich diaspora somalis to infest in real estate back home then they need to provide regulatory bodies along with rule of law and security. Key aspects lacking in the current nation.
That’s just land, which is quite expensive, the same land size is 5k not in MogadishuBro i dont know if it central area of bakara market but also airport area is expensive.

Bro xamar us capital city and densely populated 3milion and more broThat’s just land, which is quite expensive, the same land size is 5k not in Mogadishu
That doesn't happen anymore.I visited xamar 2 yrs ago and from what i gathered
- you gotta understand how shabaab operates in xamar is different from the south, they have to be lowkey, but they still have a influence in some spheres, like real estate
-the real estate market is growing, theres a sizeable amount of professional diaspora somalis that rent in xamar and might have a small business there, working online, or kick up. The buildings in mogadishu are getting populated theyre not just for show
-with respect to buying and selling property, since shabaabs network in xamar is anonymous, and somalis love chatting, they know when a big sale (100,000k+) is going down and a representative will call the buyer and tax them , with implied threat of violence
Well they'll continue to suffer till they sort their shit out. Sometimes suffering can pull people out of their own stupidity. While Somalis in Kenya and Tanzania flourish, those in the homeland will continue to suffer till they learn. This won’t happen because the people causing problems have friends in the government.
100k for somalia realestate is downright insane100k is reasonable especially Hodan and Waaberi for example.
Certain districts within the capital are insanely expensive. 100k is nothing in those districts. We are looking at 500k and above.100k for somalia realestate is downright insane
Its not somalia wah it xamar .100k for somalia realestate is downright insane
Everywhere is expensive. Even in Suuq Bacaad you're looking at 150k+.Certain districts within the capital are insanely expensive. 100k is nothing in those districts. We are looking at 500k and above.
True, most of Xamar is expensive. Certain districts are just a bit more expensive due to being located in the centre.Everywhere is expensive. Even in Suuq Bacaad you're looking at 150k+.
It’s not just their shit. It’s our shit. We need a diaspora coup that installs a diaspora dictator to mandate halal Burger King and McDonald at every corner.Well they'll continue to suffer till they sort their shit out.
