Why doesn't Hassan Ali Khaire fix his deformed left index finger (Kirner's deformity) ?

You can't get away with nothing when you are in political office. I was just admiring our prime ministers portfolio when I immediately noticed his deformed left index finger. I even believe I am the first person to notice it even though he hides it well enough. The prime minister should save a little to fix that deformed finger.
