Listen there is a UN arms embargo, their no edge militarily, their no edge economically, this creates a stalemate, they won't create the framework we will but we need their instruments to be applied to exert pressure and I mean maximum pressure, how are multiple conflicting sides equalised going to cut a final deal whatever it is, if their no outside pressure to reach a conclusion or else they can be shown the full force of their instruments will be applied and U can do that many ways.

As Somalis we got a competitive advantage that the globe doesn't understanding chaos, remember it's just edges vs other societies never blend into their society fully always keep your competitive edge and use it in any topics u study or work at.
