Because it says species with genetic mutations suited for their environment survive and pass on their genes and others just die. For example a white moth on dark coal covered surfaces is easy prey whereas a dark coloured moth survives. According to this theory, this applies to all animals which includes humans.
Of course this is all blasphemous since Adam (peace be upon him) was made of mud and clay and all people are descended from him. And of course all righteous people and all of the earth’s animals were saved on prophet Nuh’s ship. These heretics should return to the path of Allah and ditch this nonsense.
