It depends on food in jelal the geel eats a plant called "ceen" its a plant thats green with white liqiud in it like caano. Then the caano is like biyo.
In Summer the geel eats dried grass and another plant called "gurunwa" a poisonous plant. Thats why the caano fluffy and creamy.
