I donโt think that restaurant is somali owned. And if it is, then itโs owned by fobs who barely know English and donโt get that itโs racist. Nah thats not true at all. most of my friends are pakistani and bengali. They even fight over me. Their guys r obsessed with me but i dont find them attractive
My UK friends tell me that South Asians got bullied in the UK, their only choice is to become the joke of the group if they want to fit in. Its pretty sad. Albanians, Caribbeans & Turks are the dominant minority groups in the UK, South Asians do have a lot of famous people though.

Turks and Albanians don't have a large population in London, they only dominate certain areas in London although Albanians are notoriously known for the gang culture. Particularly the older Albanians. Unfortunately is maadows (mainly West Africans) that dominate London simply due to their large number.
I kinda agree, a lot of videos I see from london are almost always Madow, particularly from Nigeria, Ghana, Jamaica. You can always tell by their distinctive caribbean hairstyle and colourfal hats.

I hate how our demographic feels the need to be funny to fit in. They laugh at us and we feed into it. While I don't let what people think of me get to me, I still wish we were a lowkey ethnicity like the Eritreans in my area.

South Asians in the UK are some of the best people. Yes they have bad apples like every community.
But to generalise them is completely wrong. Especially with the fact that they have done a lot for the UK Muslim community. Because they were the first Muslims over here. They have built so many mosques and fought for the privelleges we currently have as UK muslims
I've had both good and bad experiences with south asians personally. But majority are good people that will help a Somali out because of our muslim faith.
