WHY DO Somalis open a Wedding reception (partying club) with the QURAN?

I found out that everyone back home imports Turkish sofas. Also, our people have suspicion of home grown doctors and hire rogue syrians and ajnabi's in droves. Who knows what qualifications they hold or tests them. There is an element of self hate there.

Not much of a shisha person but I would support Honey love's new place lool or somali places that aren't bait. Because some of these places you don't want to be seen at.
The suspicion people hold back home is understandable but here in the diaspora it's clear unequivocal self-hatred.

The Somali businesses also don't help with there poor products, I can live with their bad service but not a bad product.

We have a Somali coffee place that looks trendy and good, but the coffee they serve is horrendous and getting worse each day.

It's sad because they spent so much money on the interior/exterior design which is unusual but decided to go cheap on the coffee machine/beans and it shows in the taste.

They got everything right except the most critical part of the business which is serving quality coffee.

I got a ginger tea from a somali makhayad that tasted like battery acid, the waiter left a kilo of fresh ginger inside a small cup. Usually I'd return it but I felt embarassed for the kid that made it.

I would’ve returned it told him to taste it, i wouldve asked for his opinion on his own tea, and tell him it was qashin.
