Why do Somalis act like being excommunicated is something other somalis should fear?

All the jobs and education we got was all thanks due to the opportunities we got from the West. The average somalis life is not going be effected in any way or form if our community decides to "excludes" us, we're not some powerful exclusive community most of us are literally refugees...
