We must look out for our interests which is clearly to dominate a federal state, and have access to Villa Somalia (preferably PM) in the upcoming elections. I know PL is gonna give hell to HSM especially with the way he’s been acting.
This whole thread is sad. What tribal 50kBC mindset is this? With this mindset we going nowhere as a nation. This should be obvious and the fact that you people can not comprehend this obviousness says a lot when it comes to your your intelligence.
It is simply not possible for every tribe to have their guy to be in the government or to be the next president. Ya Allah help us or wipe us out. I prefer Allah wiping us out in a single night like Thamud and Ad than us fighting ourselves and then conquered.
There are like 4 major tribes and minority ethnic groups. Each of these tribes have more than 10 sub tribes or more and each of these sub tribes have a sub sub tribe and so forth. Somalia's government isn't that large for every tribe to have their "guy" in the government and we do not have time for every tribe to have their "guy" becoming the president or the prime minister. Decision making would take forever and even more complicated is when a tribal leader or a regional president not wanting to cooperate with the FGS because his "guy" isn't in the FGS.
Right now we need quick decision making. We have myriads of major issues that we have to solve in a short period, we don't even have 10 years. HSM has to eliminate Shabaab this year, complete the constitution, and secure debt relief.
Here are some problems that must be solved immediatly
1. Al shabaab
2. Looming famine
3. Food insecurity
4. Water scarcity
5. Petroleum regulation
6. Addressing deforestation
7. Securing our borders including our sea border
8. Adressing IDP's. Allah knows if some deadly and fast spreading covid variant has developed among them.
9. Covid-19
10. Infrastructure. Xamar is a slum. Reminds me of Meteor city from HxH
11. Job creation. And adressing the age dependency ratio that is 95% meaning 5% of the population has to take care of 95% who are either too young to work or too old to work.
12. Industrialization and modernization of bunch of sectors like agriculture and fishing sector
13. Ending 4.5 system and even though I hate it and prefer sharis and shura a one man one vote system.
14. Education the government has to pay for the abroad education of Somalis especially in Universities like Massachusetts Institute of Technology
15. Strengthening of government institutions
16. Improving our healthcare institutions and improving in rapid emergency reapond in case of terrorist attack, we need supplies too of blood by setting up blood banks.
17. I forgot to mention it but we need autobahn and railroads.
These issues are not chronological
So how th do we have time for ma tribe need to be the president. As a Habar Gidir Cayr I could care less if Abdirahman Abdidhakur became president or prime minister, actually I would prefer he didn't become neither cause I don't trust him nor do I believe he is qualified even though he studied political science in Malaysia.
I forgot to mention that those who are qualified needs to be in the government and not due to tribe.
