It's good for lifestock, but can you have large-scale farms there? i don't mean a tree here or there, i mean big farm projects?
Haven't you seen those farm projects in central Somalia (Mudug)? if it is possible there it is more than possible in Sool.
Are you from there or are you speculating?Large scale farms can be set up in some villages but not others. Elders won't let you in some villages set up farms as they want to keep the land for grazing.

Some clans are territorial about land. It's why I won't invest in other regions just yet.

Same in Sanaag. Some areas are empty but you gotta work the farms yourself.Yes walaal, i am from there, my village Sarmaanyo, you ain't allowed no farms but you can farm in some other places in sool.

Just get to know your elders and ask around and buy land that's empty. As long as you have it good with your qabil, then your safe to own land. Others get their land nicked without their qabil backing them. Happened to a lot in the south. Wasted investment.
