Unfortunately Thats how most people act. Its easy to be nice when feelings are reciprocated. This is why i respect people that can handle rejection truly shows their manners.

Some people handle it poorly (get depressed) but don't show it cause they never get back in contact with that person.

Funny enough some of those same people do show it and threaten to hurt themselves because of you. May I never meet one of those.
