Why do Muslim men who preach the deen look creepy?

They have this dark aura about them and they look really frightening. I don’t see normal Muslims look like them, in fact the ones who would preach the deen in university would have nuur on their faces but not these guys.

People get those dark bags around their eyes from aging, sleep deprivation, etc. It's a normal thing.
