I’m from Toronto actually but I have a lot Djiboutian family members. Actually my family intermarried a lot with different clans. I used to shame my cousins from Djibouti’s Somali all the time but they were good sports about it honestly. The funniest Somalis are cadcad. They are the most kind hearted.
I wouldn't consider reer cadcad funny but them and other native people from muqdisho are kind hearted. Reer Djibouti are known in Somaliland and jigjiga for being confident, chill and funny at the same time.

You can say that. The way Djiboutians talk can be extremely offensive. it's not uncommon for a Djiboutien men or women to use 's.iilka hooyada was' in every sentence. Also Djiboutiens are the only somalis that swear at Allah, Dinta or nabiga when they're cursing. Foreign somalis in Djibouti used to block their ears whenever I start cursing.

Astakhfurullah. I’m probably considered gaal by Somalis because I don’t wear hijab but I am Muslim I’m just not as religious as I should be. I fast, I pray, I follow the teachings but I could be better.
