Why do I feel they're talking about Somalia

Western powers dont really care if Somalia unites or not, they're only afraid that a strong islamic government like the ICU emerges, and it would almost certainly be closer to China etc than the Western world
I was expecting the guy to speak but all he does is nod. I find it pretty funny that he's a Dane with a fixation on African geopolitics. Reminds me of that one weird Markus guy on Twitter.
