Literally haven't heard anything positive about that diaspora or that country in the past 5 years.
At this point this seems like a self inflicted problem.Iranian regime treated its people so bad that now they got a bunch of ex Muslims that hate Iran.
They’re everywhere in north america and canada.
Good people

Just an aside but I always hate it when they call themselves "Persians". It's the Anglicized form of what their mortal enemies the Greeks called them. It's not an actual native name. They don't even refer to their language using the letter "P" and instead call it Farsi and the region it mainly coalesced in after the Steppes "Fars". "IRAN" is also the native name of the region that long predates the current "Islamic Republic". They often lip service that ethonym due to coonery making them want to sound exotic and chic to Westerners. Waa cringe.

I can't deny they're successful thought. Very educated & entrepreneurs but whitewashed.
The really big one western people attach themselves to is persiophilia. A lot of the early 20th century orientalist and racial purists saw persia as this enlightend culture. There is also a long history of western love of persian poetry (probably has to do partly with how persian is an Indo-European language) . As far back as the beginning of the enlightenment. They had translations of all the big persian poets like saadi, hafiz, and omar khayyam. (Persiante culture was also the basis for all the major islamic empires like the ottomans and the mughals) They were also incredibly fascinates by zoraster and this idea of him being the first monotheistic religious founder. This is what kills me. A lot of weird cadaans like to attach themselves to the ancient cultures of the Middle East like those of Mesopotamia, the Levant and Egypt as almost extensions of the meme that is "Western Civilization" but don't ever stop realize or know that the inhabitants of those regions, both now and in ancient times looked extremely "brown" and in the case of Egyptians and ancient Levantines, who in the latter case would have looked very genetically similar to Arabians, are basically the most genetically distant Middle Easterners from North-Central Europeans. And while Mesopotamians would have been less genetically distant they still would have on average look as "brown" as the Valutainment guy.
