Why do Arabs cluster genetically closer to Europeans but look like a different race?

yamnaya were only 10-18% ANE. The rest is mainly EHG-CHG

no the people who have the highest amount of Natufian ancestry are gulf arabs and especially yemenites from Mahra (who get more than 70% of natufian ancestry)

I was looking at this chart and discovered that Middle Eastern People are closely related to Europeans but look like an entirely different race, can somebody give me a genetic explanation?

It depends which arabs.
Levantine arabs and southern Europeans are very similar but most north Africans may have a little bit of blackafrican ancestry
The other arabs like Saudis, iraqis etc tend to look different because they are semite and they have no northern European influence. South European such as Sicilians, spaniards, Portuguese etc have some germanic and Celtic influence that makes them look more white if compared to a pure arab middle eastern. Spain had visigoth (germanic) influence , Sicily had the normans (scandinavians) , parts of the iberian peninsula were also was celtic before the romans arrived.
