I was looking at this chart and discovered that Middle Eastern People are closely related to Europeans but look like an entirely different race, can somebody give me a genetic explanation?
Why do Arabs cluster genetically closer to Europeans but look like a different race?

They don't look all that different. Light, short, bulky and hairy.

They do not cluster with each other on intra (within) West Eurasian PCA plots (same method, but excluding Africans and Asians from it - then the difference between West Eurasians become apparant).
Global PCA plots are kind of misleading slightly.
By the way, South Europeans don't look that different from Middle Easterners. Only North Europeans look very different.
Do arabs share alot of genetics with Southern Europeans, do they both come from primarily Early Neolithic Farmer stock?

The main difference between Middle Easterners and Europeans is that Europeans have a component that lived in Europe for ~40,000 years (European hunter-gatherer) and Europeans have ancestry from Bronze Age West-Central Asia which was weirdly enough related to Native Americans. This last component is called Ancestral North Eurasian.
Everything else between Europeans and Middle Easterners is more or less, broadly speaking, similar. Just the above two elements in Europeans is what really differentiates them.
No gulf arabs are mainly natufian + IRAN_ganj_dareh while europeans are mainly a mix of Anatolian farmers + WHG + Steppe
Only north africans and levantines share a lot of components with south europeans (levantines get very close distances with italians and greeks)
What is the Eurasian component in Somali people, are we primarily of Ancient East African Stock and why do we shift closer to Middle Easterner/North Africans than other Sub Saharan Africans?

These four components mainly:
Neolithic Levantine
Ancestral North African
North Sudan Nilo-Saharan/Nilote
Horn of Africa hunter-gatherer (paleolithic natives of the Horn)
PS. None of them got anything to do with Europeans, only Neolithic Levantine may have some overlap with South Europeans.
in this case neolithic levantine is a natufian-like component ?

Probably, but I think Somalis received a later version (more around 7 kya) from pre-Ancient Egyptians.
because of back-to-africa migrations : some natufian-like individuals from the levant settled in east africa and mixed with the local nilotic women

These estimates still fluctuate. I can't put solid numbers on them. We have to wait for more ancient genomes from that region of the world.
PS. Somalis don't really have that much differences between them.
So there would be no difference between a person from Mogadishu (Southern Somalia) or Zeila (Northern Somalia)?
