Liyu Police were paramilitary force of 70,000 strong. Do you honestly believe Hy nomads could fight them a such large force? We are not that stupid to risk war when we know we can’t win.
As far as clan level between HY and Cagdheer, we can very easily win because that is more of a fair fight
Not have they targeted HY, they have killed 1000x more Ogadeens, Hawiye, Harti, Etc


Besides if you knew anything about the Liyu Police, they deploy the same tactics as their Habashi masters which is if you kill one of them, they just go to next random village and kill everyone on site
