I just want to know why the South cannot function like this?

In the south you need to fly on a plane between mogadishu and 'afgoye' loooool, in the south their is explosions every second day, in the south their is moryan n terrorists where-ever u go. They are not self sufficient either, never will u hear the south build anything thru 'isku tashi', hamar relies on amisom balls and turkish money. Why is the south such a doomed hell hole and always being colonized?

And yet one city in the south has more roads, electricity coverage, schools, jobs, university and bigger economy.
