Why can't Somalis remain neutral in things?

Why can't Somalis not be neutral like the Chinese when it comes to our interests things like religion,politics and war for example when it comes to things that don't bring any interest to us. For example why do Somalis give a damn about Palestine which is pretty much irrelevant to Somalis and Somalia in general and Somalis get stupidly emotional to causes don't effect us,don't involve and nor does it benefit us.

If people still put stock in brotherhood/ummah, thats pretty naive. A fools errand. No need for somalis to put in extra, do bare minimum like everyone else.

let me clearify: absolutely nothing wrong to be the protectors of the ummah, which we definetly are. But you cant help someone before you help your own people. Its grinding in reverse
