I doubt the people going to Ghana are the type of AA that would do that; these people are most likely educated and want to establish some sort of relationship with the motherland.
Most AA are not of the gutter/criminal type anyway; a small minority commits all the crime and gives the impression that they are representative, when that simply isn't the case.
This is good and I respect Ghana for letting them reconnect to their roots. I don't see the problem.
Intelligent assimitable people moving to your country is always good.
