If my christianity knowledge serves me right i think the lamb is a depiction of jesus and the wolves are the romans and jews who kill him. because the bible call jesus the lamb also the lab in the image has a halo ring thing. And wolves kill lambs so humans kill jesus because reasons idk

Realistically the lamb should be screaming and even in the christian narrative he suposedly calles out My lord why have you forsaken me? he is clearly meant to be in pain and crying because his wrists and ankles were nailed and he hung from it. But i think if they actually painted that then it wouldnt be artistically appeealing
