why are some people stingy with the ratings

I always try to rate everyones post including posts I don't even like. I've realised some of ya'll are real stingy kinda makes me think how you act in real life. you may think whys this girl crying about ratings well yes I am and what are you going to do about it.

sometimes there are posts that crack me up, but I still don't give it any rating because its tiring to continuously keep rating posts.
