Both are unwarranted and make little to no sense for the demographic we are. Somalis in general have always been neutral about Arabs in terms of general opinion. They're just people that live in a bunch of countries not far from us. These days you HAVE to have an opinion on them, and I don't get where this is coming from. Can't you just be indifferent about a group? Especially one as large as this.
