I hope these people don't have kids with such a mindset. Imagine birthing a defenseless being and mentally abusing it for acting like a child normally does. I'm really shocked at the responses I'm getting.

The Sunnah instructs parents to show kindness and compassion towards their children. I think there is a lack of emotional bonding and empathy among some Somali parents towards their children. This is because they were raised in that harsh and unloving manner so they see it as normal.
