Genetics supports my theory. Look at most of these countries history. Look at how they boastfully cus each other on pol for their ancestors raping each other (germany and france), chinese and mongols, arabs and persians, arabs and byzantines, russians and germans. Find me one european country that wasn't raped by it's neighbour and i'll tell you they were the ones doing the raping.
