Why are so many Somalis moving to Egypt?

Is Egypt the new Dubai or Kenya? My neighbors are moving to Egypt, my friends cousins are moving to Egypt and I’ve seen tik toks of somalis leaving Western countries to live in Egypt. Horta why are somalis so eager to settle in third world countries And why Egypt of all places?
