I swear, after seeing how it destroyed the country I cannot fathom how anyone thinks talking about tribes, attack someone because of their tribe, or some other shit will help the country.
I feel as though this is due to an underlying problem with education, Somali people for the most part are not smart enough. Someone needs to give a massive MLK esque "I Have a Dream" speech over there about not judging by the tribe of the person, but by the content of their character.
