Personally, I think the term" Dir "is only used for political reason with regards to the number game when you look at the 4.5 system. Despite, Issaq, Gaddarbirisi and issa are in single digit and hardly represented because they are not part of Somalia . But, there are a small population of Dirs in Somalia that live near Puntland .
