The reason why we Muslims fell behind and got conquered is that we banned innovation. And also we liked to keep things as it is. Still, there is Muslims who view technology as bad like AI and etc... why do you think some Muslims view technology as bad?

First of all, Afghanistan was never colonized but okay let us say that Afghanistan was behind while the rest of the world was moving forward. Do you think that the Afghan economy could sustain and not collapse?
Afghanistan would then had a famine because their currency was of no value and they would get exploited by their neighbours and other countries for their resources. We need innovation in the world to make life better for us and cure many diseases like smallpox and polio.

Innovation is bidah blah blah but for real though its a combo of lack of education in muslim countries, resulting in a population that is easily controlled by religious zealots.
