I don't think the hunter-gatherers of East Africa had any M.

They were probably a mixture of L0, L4, L6, L3.

I am suspicious of L2. I suspect it may not be native to East Africa at all, but came to East Africa with some kind of unknown migration from Central Africa (20 thousand years ago).

Somalis did exist 3000 years ago. If not somalis, then Proto-Somalis. What ever happened, it's obvious that there was major-scale race mixing going on in the Horn of Africa.
