I'm going to have to go with Light Yagami (Anime character), both highly intelligent and athletic he's a force to be reckoned with and add a salt of handsomeness and you get him, he seems like an average 'Gary Stu' but the plot and storyline is what eliminates the character from becoming too bland and OP.
