Hard to tell, i'd say the americans are slightly less islamophobic because they have less muslims overall, and because they have bigger boogymans whom they're focused on like AA or hispanics. But having less muslims also means it's easy to be ignorant about muslims and islam.
On the other hand In Europe muslims are the primary demographic and cultural threat.
