Racially charged how? He's being the American tourist stereotype. This being in Belgium I was half-expecting her to call him a to his face or start mouthing him off in Flemish. It's 100% his fault for not being able to follow simple instructions in an e-mail. Ryanair is dirt cheap so they'll try to f*ck you in every way they can. He just wanted to cause a scene in an attempt to avoid paying the reissuing fee.
