The Lord truly blessed me with such gift

9 yrs ago i built a 6 bedroom house for 16k and now it worth more than 100k.

Family does but I've been told because of all the fraud people forge fake papers and if you go back to claim your land they just hire a random midgaan to shoot you. So everyone does purchasing with proxies and makes sure to have multiple witnesses that you own the land

Different cities mainly in Garowe, Bosaso, and xamar some are new (some of the family is in the real estate business buying and selling land) and some are just old plots as to how far back no clue to be honest never really asked

usually only the old plots(pre 1990) in mogadishu could create trouble,not always thou,depends who was taking care of.

Would be put off from buying land in Somalia's because you can't really trust the papers.
