Are you kidding? I find philosophers from the 1800 onwards (especially 20th century continental philosophers) incredibly esoteric and hard to read. At least people like Plato and Epictetus taught you life lessons. Wtf, you have to have a dictionary and a companion guide just to read 1 page of Kant's nonsense. And you don't even gain any new insight.
I wouldn't recommend something I haven't read myself which is more than can be said for your ilk.

The false paradigm we had been conditioned with, which is that evidence leads to 'believe' and thus 'guidance' the Quran helped crush as falsehood, because evidence came to many and they rejected, pharaoh alone rejected 7 major signs.
I remember recently a colleague when asked what would constitute sufficient evidence for him to believe in God, he responded the laws of physics being suspended and him being levitated to the skies, followed by if it all did happen he wouldn't believe because it's likely hallucination or a dream.
The verse below sums these people up, even after they are thrown into hell begging to be brought back, Allah mentions that if hypothetically they were brought back (as he knows all) they would go back to their disbelief, it's captured beautifully.
