This axmaq thinks philosophical thought started in the 18th century. Isn't the West built on the writings/musings of a bunch of odhayaal from the 4th century BCE?
Dhaan dhaan

Philosophers from before the 1800s are very unreadable. So out of touch and you can't relate to them other than through third party interpretations.
You wouldn't recommend Socrates and Plato I assume? Thought your kind was all for reading to gain knowledge.
I wouldn't recommend something I haven't read myself which is more than can be said for your ilk.
That seems principled position you take though you are assuming others aren't like you and are recommending something they haven't read. Aren't you judgmental beer-head that way?
You saw Alghazali and you didn't like it.
The brain parasite triggered him, you caught it in action very nicely.
Their masks have slipped, in the old days I was almost fooled by it, because they present themselves as a people of 'reason', 'evidence' and even worse 'anti-bias' with open-minds.
The false paradigm we had been conditioned with, which is that evidence leads to 'believe' and thus 'guidance' the Quran helped crush as falsehood.
I remember recently a colleague when asked what would constitute sufficient evidence for him to believe in God, he responded the laws of physics being suspended and him being levitated to the skies, followed by if it all did happen he wouldn't believe because it's likely hallucination or a dream.
The verse below sums these people up, even after they are thrown into hell and brought back, they would go back to their disbelief, it's captured beautifully.
Surah Anam verse 27/28
If you could but see when they are made to stand before the Fire and will say, "Oh, would that we could be returned [to life on earth] and not deny the signs of our Lord and be among the believers."

Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle "were just engaging in fruitless mental gymnastics".
These are just something else![]()
Wittgenstein, Leibniz, Descartes, Stuart Mill, Smith, Locke and Russell.<< bunch of Europhiles who were engaging in fruitless gymnastics.![]()
