The two leading states that are majority home grown are PL and SL both are practise isolationism towards southern/central somalis.

In my honest opinion SL ictiraaf became inevitable the moment PL refused to cede North Mudug to GM. How can we convince SL that we are a pan Somali government that wants Somalis to share one country and find unity cross tribal/clan borders, when we are here carving regions along qabiil lines?

If things keep going like this SL ictiraaf is a matter of when at this point not if.

The fact that there is pro SL troops all the way to Tukaraq is a testamony to SL legitimacy. If tribal ties could triumph over common law based on territory then it would have been PL forces deep within SL territory.
