Your core body temperature is what regulates your sleep, it needs to be cool to fall asleep, it's why we sleep far better during winter and why a lot of animals hibernate during it, I always leave the windows open and during the summer take cold showers or ice-baths (if I work out) before going to bed to get the temp down.

I used to hate sleeping at friends houses whom turned on the heaters during winter and fucked up that equilibrium, looks like Duke lives in a very insulated property that gets hot, he is on to something with this mechanical fan without realising it.

England summers are mostly rainy and about 18-25 degrees anyway. There's no need for A/C except for just a week or two.

Depends on the house and the area some have 5 bedrooms 3 toilets 2 living rooms or more and are attachecd houses. Most look small from the outside but are huge in the inside.
