It is brilliant, worthy of the conditioning, discipline, and most importantly its subversive nature of disarming an opponent with least effort. Plus it permits borrowing techniques from other methods, for instance techniques from boxing, which has always been my favourite, are transferable. It definitely is not for the glittery type.
